About the role
At Lifeblood, our teams rely on technology every day to deliver life-saving services. As an Onsite Services Officer, you’ll be the person people turn to when they need help and working face-to-face with end users to resolve issues quickly and keep operations running smoothly.
Please note: this role requires the ability to be on site everyday to support our teams between Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and remote support across 1st and 2nd level technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, Office 365, Teams and desktop environments
- Support hardware, peripherals and basic networking issues
- Manage service requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution
- Act as the key point of contact for end users, delivering a high standard of customer service
- Work closely with senior team members (including your onsite lead) to resolve more complex issues
- Balance multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills. You’re confident engaging with users face-to-face and love providing amazing experiences for the customer
- Experience in onsite IT support or service desk roles (with strong hands-on capability)
- Solid understanding of Windows operating environments with experience troubleshooting Office 365, Teams, desktop hardware and basic networking
- Strong problem-solving approach. You’re resourceful and can work through both familiar and unfamiliar issues
- Highly organised, process-driven and able to manage competing priorities
