About the Role

Our National Contact Centre is looking for passionate Donor Service Consultants to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide heartfelt service, encouraging donors to make life-saving blood and plasma donations, through a mix of outbound and inbound calls.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring:

• A donor-centric approach with experience in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A collaborative attitude and the ability to foster a positive team culture.
• Strong attention to detail and a quick ability to learn new processes and systems.
• A commitment to privacy, quality, and excellence in every interaction.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on understanding and meeting donor needs.
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
• A passion for continuous learning and exceeding KPIs.

Training and Rostering

• Training: 4-week in-office program (8:30am–4:30pm), followed by 4–5 weeks of in-office consolidation.
• Flexible Work: After training, hybrid work-from-home arrangements are available for added flexibility.
• Rostering: The role involves a 12-week rotating roster, Monday to Friday, between 7am and 7pm, with one Saturday per rotation.
