About the role

 

As a Service Leader in Lifeblood's National Contact Centre, you’ll be part of a large leadership team at the heart of creating great donor experiences. Leading a team of consultants, you’ll support them to deliver outstanding customer service across a range of channels.

 

You’ll guide your team through change, keep them motivated in a fast-paced environment, and use your coaching skills to help them succeed. With an eye on performance, you’ll use data and insights to drive continuous improvement, all while fostering a safe, supportive, and fun place to work.

  • Proven experience leading teams in a contact centre environment.
  • A passion for coaching, mentoring, and supporting professional development.
  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, reflecting a high level of professionalism.
  • A keen emphasis on achieving the team's operational outcomes through effective management of adherence, absence, and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in information systems and familiarity with contact centre-related technology.
  • Awareness and appreciation of regulatory obligations, including those from ACMA, privacy, and TGA.

This opportunity offers a fixed term full-time position with some flexibility for remote work, rotating between working from home and the National Contact Centre.
