We’re committed to ensuring you have the ability to innovate, learn new skills, and embrace new challenges – all while making a difference in the lives of countless others.

Lifeblood has an inspiring opportunity for you

We’re looking for someone to join our Health, Safety and Wellbeing team to help equip, enable and empower our people to thrive by providing expert professional advice that prevents and minimises harm.

Safety is one of our core values at Lifeblood; if you’re passionate about health, safety and wellbeing as we are, we want to hear from you. We would love you to have the drive to research, succeed and show a genuine desire to implement your recent learnings across our diverse divisions. Perhaps you have just graduated in a workplace health and safety degree or you are a mature student looking for a new career path. Ultimately, if you have the motivation to learn and grow, we will support you building your career in this industry. Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for;

  • Degree in workplace health and safety and/or health science
  • Systems thinking through managing biopsychosocial factors
  • Experience in injury management and workers compensation
  • Return-to-work coordinator accreditation (or suitable clinical experience)
  • Well-developed communication skills, in particular the ability to listen and influence behaviours
  • Ability to think strategically with high level conceptual, analytical, innovative and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate and confident using a range of technology packages
  • The ability to absorb information and expand skill set with strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships at all levels
  • Strong resilience with the ability to influence behaviour

This is a permanent full-time role reporting directly into our Director, Health, Safety & Wellbeing. You will be based at our Sydney Processing Centre in NSW, although you will have flexibility in working from home alongside the need to travel throughout the NSW and ACT region on occasion.

Thrive in a diverse culture that cares for your wellbeing

At Lifeblood, we welcome different perspectives and backgrounds and we’re proud to foster an environment where people can come together to achieve their very best. That’s why we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all – especially when it comes to your wellbeing. Every employee is unique and we’ve developed a range of initiatives to look after the varying needs of all our people.

As part of the Lifeblood team you’ll have access to a generous salary packaging program, plus a great range of rewards like discounts on insurance, groceries, food & beverage, department stores, travel, and more.
