About the role
At Lifeblood, everything we do begins with our purpose – to give life. As our Delivery and Change Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in making sure new equipment and technology are successfully introduced into our Manufacturing and Logistics teams across the country.
In this role, you’ll bring together your technical know-how and strong planning skills to help us deliver change smoothly and safely. You’ll coordinate equipment deployment, integrate new infrastructure, and make sure everything aligns with our business processes, quality standards and operational needs.
You’ll also:
- Develop and manage local schedules for technology moves, implementation and integration
- Prioritise activities based on national and processing centre requirements
- Work with stakeholders to improve the efficiency of operational activities
- Support business continuity while helping us evolve and improve the way we work

Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Proven experience and exposure in equipment commissioning in a manufacturing / pharmaceutical or quality regulated environment.
- Project or Process Engineering experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry
- Broad experience in workplace health and safety risk assessment processes in the context of equipment management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build effective internal networks, consult and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills, including ability to work on concurrent initiatives.
- Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office suite of software to intermediate level.
- Ability to manage concurrent activities on workplan.
This is a permanent full-time position reporting to the Transformation Change and Delivery Manager. The role is based in the Sydney Processing Centre 4 days per week with the possibility to work from home 1 day per week.
