About the role
The Milk Donor Coordinator is responsible for building relationships with breastmilk donors so the team can support them with evidence based lactation practices and collection of  the required breastmilk to meet patient needs in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.

 

This is the perfect role for a Registered Nurse, with a comprehensive understanding of supporting breastfeeding women, to provide clinical leadership and expertise in relationship to Milk to ensure donors receive the required level of care and product safety is not compromised.

 

Sound interesting? Here’s what we are looking for;

  • Registered Nurse with AHPRA and holds current Annual License Certificate (with no restrictions)
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting breastfeeding women 
  • Phlebotomy skills
  • Current drivers licence – with no restrictions
  • Demonstrated ability to provide clinical assessments and integrate clinical knowledge into practice
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

This is a permanent part-time opportunity based out of our Sydney Processing Centre. 


Please note this role will require you to travel to Hospitals and the homes of our Donors so a full and current drivers license is necessary.
