Milk Donor Coordinator

• Permanent Part-Time Role – 22.8 Hours per Week (3 x 7.6 hours)
• Fixed Workdays: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
• Salary: $45.50 - $50.60 p/h + Superannuation + Salary Packaging
• Located in Sydney

About the role  

An exciting opportunity exist to join an amazing team who specialise in recruiting eligible breastfeeding mums who donate their excess breastmilk to feed the premature babies across Australia!

You will be a Registered Nurse, with a comprehensive understanding of supporting breastfeeding women, with a current driver’s licence – as this role requires you to visit our breastmilk donors at home / hospital.

• Work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team member.
• Registered Nurse with AHPRA and holds current Annual License Certificate (with no restrictions)
• Extensive Lactation expertise
• Phlebotomy skills - Ability to collect blood samples preferred
• Current drivers licence – with no restrictions
• Demonstrated ability to provide clinical assessments and integrate clinical knowledge into practice
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with breastmilk supply and demand issues

This is a part time role with fixed working days Wednesday, Thursday & Friday each week.
