About the role

As part of the Logistics Leadership Team, you’ll partner closely with leaders across our Manufacturing & Logistics group to ensure the efficient, timely, and safe supply of blood and biological products.

In this role, you will lead and manage the Customer Service and Order Fulfilment functions in our Sydney and Canberra sites, delivering exceptional service in the provision of critical blood and biological products for patients throughout New South Wales and the ACT.

Through your leadership, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and sufficient supply of blood and biological products to our partners. You’ll oversee the planning and coordination of order fulfilment activities to meet regional supply plans and work closely with your Lifeblood colleagues to lead continuous improvement at both sites and across partner relationships.

You’ll manage a dedicated team of fulfilment specialists working 24/7 to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of blood and biological products to metropolitan, regional, and remote healthcare partners, providing a life-giving service at any hour of the day or night. Your leadership will be key in driving performance, efficiency, and a culture of service excellence, supporting your team in the delivery of a critical healthcare service and in their development.

This is a pivotal role for a motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented leader who is passionate about ensuring every product reaches the people who need it most.
