•  Fixed Term Part-Time opportunity - 50.00 hours per fortnight
• 5 hour shifts on a rotating fortnightly roster - Monday to Friday

About the role

Our Newcastle Donor Centre is seeking a Centre Service Officer with a genuine passion to deliver an exceptional service to our donors. Working collaboratively in a team, a day in the centre could see you:

• Warmly greet and welcome our donors
• Provide donors with clear instructions as to the completion of paperwork
• Prepare food and beverages for donors and replenish the self-service buffet bar
• Monitor donors post-donation and assist them in rebooking for their next donation

Our flexible self-paced paid training program has a balance between on-the-job practice, and online class schedules to ensure that you are well supported. Besides having a real passion to deliver an amazing donor experience, you’ll need to be able to: 

• Occasionally lift between 9-22.7kgs 
• Frequent sitting, bending and reaching to restock supplies in the kitchen 
• Be flexible to work 5 hour shifts on a fortnightly rotating roster from Monday to Friday
