About the role
Step into a rewarding role as a Centre Service Officer where you will bring excellent customer-facing skills and a genuine passion to deliver an exceptional service to our donors.
You will play a key role in supporting our donors through their donation process.
A day in the centre could see you:
- Warmly greet and welcome our donors
- Provide donors with clear instructions as to the completion of paperwork
- Prepare food and beverages for donors and replenish the self-service buffet bar
- Monitor donors post-donation and assist them in rebooking for their next donation
Our Brunswick Donor Centre is seeking a Centre Service Officer with a genuine passion to deliver an exceptional service to our donors. Working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, we are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Strong Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Comfortable in a Front-Facing Role: Confident and approachable, with the ability to engage with donors and visitors to provide excellent service.

Eager to Take on New Responsibilities: Motivated to contribute to managing the volunteer program and assist where needed to support the team.

Willingness to Learn: Open to developing new skills, including clinical skills (training provided)

Flexible Schedule: Available to work Monday to Friday with a particular focus on Friday shifts (AM, midday, and PM) to align with donor patterns and needs.
- Ability to occasionally lift between 9-22.7kgs and perform tasks involving frequent sitting, bending, and reaching to restock supplies.
