About the role

Working within our Manufacturing & Logistics Business Unit, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and team orientated individual to provide high levels of service & support to customers through processing donated blood, the receipting and supply of blood product orders, management of customer feedback and delivery of consumables within the parameters of set procedures.

Overall you’ll contribute to the accurate and efficient movement and supply of blood and blood components within the frameworks of Lifeblood’s standard operating procedures. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of the process and maintain positive working relationships with staff and colleagues.

• Operational knowledge and experience of customer service, warehouse, and distribution processes and principles
• High attention to detail resulting in accurate processing and dispatch
• Solid customer service experience within a similar industry is ideal
• Supply chain, warehouse or distribution experience would be beneficial preferably in the health sector, pharmaceutical or regulated environment 
• Ability to undertake routine work and work to standard operating procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Australian Drivers Licence with no restrictions 

This a permanent full-time opportunity with a rotating roster to cover shift timings between 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Due to nature of role there would be an operational requirement to work on-call hours.
