About the role
Step into a rewarding role that directly impacts life-changing donations. Working with our generous donors, enjoy a more predictable, people-focused environment, with less hospital pressure and the chance to be a key part of the community.

- Manage adverse donor reactions and provide post-donation care

Our paid, flexible and self-paced training program combines online learning with hands-on, on-the-job practice, ensuring you’re well supported every step of the way.
To be successful, you’ll need to:
- Hold a Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration
- Have a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional donor experience
- Be comfortable occasionally lifting between 9–22.7kg and frequently standing, walking and bending
- Be reliable and flexible to work a fortnightly rotating roster from Tuesday to Saturday, including afternoon shifts and additional hours during busy periods
