About the role

 

We’re currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant who has a genuine passion to deliver exceptional high-quality administration and reception support to the regional manufacturing managers and their teams.  


 

A day in the role will see you:

 

 

  • Provide front-desk/reception coverage, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls, while performing administrative support tasks
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to our internal and external customers 
  • Use your excellent organisational skills to help prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Assist in coordination of meetings, including creating agendas and taking minutes
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced administrative environment, supporting daily operations with flexibility and efficiency.

  • Experience working in a busy administration position supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Experience preparing and assisting with the coordination of meetings, including creating agendas, and taking minutes
  • Ability to respond to competing and changing priorities, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Good attention to detail & time managemnt skills
  • A keen collaborator with a strong sense of teamwork as you will be dealing with multiple departments and a range of administrative duties
  • Strong digital and technical aptitude

 

Reporting into the Administration Team Leader, this is a permanent full-time role. You will be based at our processing centre in Kelvin Groove and will be required to work on site Monday to Friday - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm with some flexibility to commence at 7:30 am - 3:30 pm due to operational requirement.
