About the role

We are currently seeking a Technician to join our Scientific & Technical Services (S&TS) team at Brisbane Processing Centre. With safety and quality as guiding principles, you will be providing technical support to the regional Manufacturing teams to enable the delivery of the production schedule. Working in a regulated environment, you will act with a customer focus, be collaborative, and employ situational adaptability and problem-solving skills, with a primary focus on supporting the Production teams.

• Relevant scientific qualification or technical experience in Laboratory space
• Have an open-minded approach to your work, with the ability to identify and drive continuous improvement and growth initiatives across Lifeblood's Production and S&TS functions
• A standout team player who works well in a team environment to achieve shared operational goals
• Experience with operations in a regulated production environment adhering to the principles of GMP and GLP.

The is a Permanent Full-time opportunity- 38 hours a week. S&TS department currently operates Monday – Friday and there will be a requirement to satisfy a work roster between 6AM – 4:30 PM with oncall hours.
