About the role
Leading the Customer Service and Order Fulfilment function at our Perth site, this role sets a clear service vision and embeds a strong customer-first culture. With patients and healthcare partners at the heart of every decision, it ensures consistently high service standards in delivering critical, life-saving products across Western Australia.
Through visible, supportive leadership, an environment is created where safety, compliance, and service excellence go hand in hand. The role oversees the planning and coordination of fulfilment activities to meet regional supply needs, working closely with Lifeblood colleagues and partners to strengthen relationships and drive continuous improvement.
This position inspires, coaches, and develops a dedicated 24/7 team of fulfilment specialists, empowering them to deliver accurate, timely, and compassionate service. Leadership in this role fosters a high-performing, engaged team culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- A dynamic and engaging leader, with a demonstrated history creating a strong culture through coaching and clear communication.
- Experience in order management, customer service or supply chain. Healthcare or pharma industry experience would be considered favourably but is not essential.
- Tertiary qualifications in an applicable discipline (including Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Medical Science, or similar fields)
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience building and leading high performing teams
- A collaborative and adaptable leadership style, comfortable working across different levels of the organisation and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results
- Confident use of technology and proficiency in a range of software applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
