We’re seeking an analytical and curious thinker who enjoys problem solving and finding the story behind data. As a Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with multiple teams across Lifeblood to understand how we work today, and design better, simpler and more scalable ways of working for the future. 

With a strong focus on insights, process optimisation and decision support, you’ll help remove roadblocks, improve efficiency and enable partnership teams to focus on what they do best: building relationships that grow the donor community and strengthen longterm impact.  

 

Key responsibilities  

  • Analyse partnership trends, pipelines, behaviours and performance to uncover opportunities and risks 

  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards and KPI frameworks to support evidencebased decisions 

  • Turn data, operational challenges and business needs into clear recommendations and practical solutions 

  • Map and optimise endtoend processes to reduce friction and improve consistency 

  • Lead rootcause analysis and support system and workflow improvements 

  • Develop business requirements, user stories and documentation for new tools and initiatives 

  • Support change management, adoption and capability uplift across partnership teams 

  • Partner with stakeholders to define success measures, track outcomes and demonstrate impact

  • Experience coordinating, analysing or reporting in a partnerships, marketing or sales environment 

  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills 

  • Confidence translating technical or complex information into clear, actionable insights 

  • Experience supporting business planning, targeted initiatives or change programs 

  • Advanced Excel and reporting capability 

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
