About the role
The Finance & Corporate (F&C) business unit is advancing its Data and Reporting Strategy to address current challenges in data accessibility and reporting efficiency.
The Change Lead is responsible for driving the people, process, and adoption elements of the F&C Data and Reporting Strategy. This includes leading change management activities across Finance & Corporate to ensure new digital solutions, process improvements, and automation initiatives are successfully embedded and embraced.
They will lead and expand internal capability-building initiatives that grow digital confidence, upskill staff in modern tools and ways of working, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
The Change Lead will coordinate and facilitate tailored internal training, support business readiness, lead process mapping workshops, and design and deliver training and communication to uplift staff capability and confidence. The role is focused on embedding sustainable change, ensuring that staff are supported and empowered to adopt new ways of working, and building a culture of digital innovation within Finance & Corporate.
Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Organisational Change, Training & Development, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives within Finance, Corporate Services, or large organisations.
- Strong facilitation skills, with experience in running workshops, training sessions, and capability uplift programs.
- Proven expertise in process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and embedding new ways of working.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organisation.
- Understanding of change management methodologies and practices (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent).
- Experience working in data, reporting, automation, or digital transformation contexts desirable.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) and modern reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) highly regarded.
This is a 12 month fixed-term full-time opportunity with a hybrid work model rotating between WFH and one of our processing centres.
