Discover life-giving possibilities
Lifeblood is more than just a job or a career, it’s an opportunity to be part of something that matters. As an organisation, our purpose is simple: to give life. Together, we want to help you build a fulfilling career with Lifeblood.
About the role
Help bring Lifeblood’s new Auth0 Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform to life, and keep it running safely and smoothly across our website and mobile app.
As our IAM Specialist, you’ll design, deliver and support secure, seamless sign-in experiences using Auth0. You’ll work hands-on with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines to ensure every deployment is reliable, scalable and built for the future.
You’ll integrate modern CIAM features into our digital products, implement MFA, manage account-linking workflows and use smart Git branching practices to keep delivery on track. You’ll also support authentication and authorisation integrations using OIDC and SAML.
If you’re passionate about building secure, user-friendly identity experiences that make a real impact, we’d love to have you on the team.
Sound interesting? Here’s what we are looking for;
- Proven experience building IAM solutions using Terraform and Azure DevOps.
- Confident with Git branching strategies and CI/CD best practice for multi-environment delivery.
- Able to build and enhance identity solutions based on approved designs and real business needs.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, modern Identity Providers (Auth0 or Okta), and MFA.
- Strong understanding of IAM standards and protocols including SAML, OIDC and OAuth 2.0.
- Bonus points for experience with HTML/CSS.
- Relevant degree or equivalent real-world experience.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently when needed.
- Clear communicator with great collaboration skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position rotating between WFH and one of our Processing Centres. We may be open to part-time (0.8 FTE) for the right person. We are also open to candidates from different locations across Australia. Lifeblood is proud to accommodate flexible working and we are open to conversations around what this means to you.
