About the role
The role is responsible for managing the delivery of the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) project, ensuring it aligns with Lifeblood’s Project Management Framework, business case, and strategic goals. An important task during this stage is to identify a solution that meets Lifeblood’s quality requirements and deliver process improvements. It involves overseeing change management, coordinating with key stakeholders, and applying project management expertise to meet agreed timelines and work plans.

- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in project management.
- Proven ability to develop effective interpersonal relationships and consult with a range of external and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving results through prioritisation, organisation, decision making and time management.
- Experience with managing suppliers, including the ability to develop and negotiate statements of work and deliverables to minimise change requests, and monitor supplier performance to agreed timelines,
- Computer literacy and demonstrated competence in a variety of computer software packages (MS project, excel, word, power point etc.)
- Effective communication and presentation skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Experience of working within a highly regulated environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety.
