We're looking for an Employee Experience Design Lead to help shape how work feels at Lifeblood. Someone who sees challenges through a human lens, is naturally curious about what motivates people, and can turn insights into meaningful experiences that make a difference. The role focuses on leading projects that enhance employee experience, meaningful work and wellbeing, while partnering across the business to improve the moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle.
What you'll be doing
- Lead employee experience initiatives that improve meaningful work, engagement and wellbeing.
- Use human-centred design approaches to uncover employee needs and create practical, impactful solutions.
- Partner with leaders, P&C teams and stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Champion and evolve Lifeblood's Employee Experience design framework.
- Use data and insights to measure impact and continuously improve experiences.
- Coach and influence others to build employee experience capability across the organisation.

You might come from employee experience, service design, organisational development, wider people & culture or a related discipline. Most importantly, you'll bring:
- People leadership skills and the passion to lead Lifeblood’s EX design function
- Proven track record designing human-centred experiences, solving real people problems and making sense of complexity to translate insights into action
- Strong project leadership skills and the ability to drive outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating discovery and design processes using tools such as double diamond framework, miro and a journey map
- Confidence facilitating workshops, conversations and co-design activities.
- Highly relational with exceptional collaboration and communication skills, to focus on and drive impact.
- A coaching mindset with a passion for helping others improve how they create experiences.
- Curiosity, empathy and a genuine desire to design better experiences, making work better for people.
- Collaborates effectively and actively participates as an extended leadership team member in People & Culture
