We’re looking for a senior leader to provide strategic and operational leadership across workplace and organisational partnerships, ensuring strong acquisition, engagement, penetration and retention (and ultimately delivering reliable, sustainable collections growth).
You’ll lead through leaders; setting direction, enabling consistency and ensuring national alignment across regions and teams. You’ll be accountable for translating Lifeblood’s strategy into clear plans, driving performance against KPIs and budgets, and building a highly engaged, capable workforce that delivers measurable impact through workplace partnerships.
About the role
We are seeking a motivated team member to undertake the maintenance and spare parts management of collections equipment predominantly in the Vic/Tas region. In this role, you will become experienced in navigating the whole of service approach to equipment management and Quality compliance requirements. This is a role that works closely with other Equipment Support Officers, the Equipment Replacement Team, Quality Business Partners and collections sites in the region.
Key Responsibilities

Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for donor collections equipment to ensure Quality compliance using Oracle Fusion Maintenance Module (or similar)

Use Oracle Fusion Procurement module for creating and receipting requisitions related to corrective maintenance

Be hands on for portable equipment movement between collections sites and service providers (and then back again), and effectively trace movement

Maintain the loan pool equipment fleet (including preventive and corrective maintenance)

Source and provide spare parts as required by donor sites and maintain in-house stock

Support donor collections equipment officers with the provision of guidance and test equipment required for onsite calibration checks

Work with the Equipment Replacement Team to support hands-on equipment implementation activities.

Intermediate computer skills (Word and Excel)
