About the role

With a primary focus on supporting the Executive Director - Manufacturing & Logistics, the Executive Assistant will be supporting the broader Manufacturing & Logistics Leadership Team (MLLT) by helping them achieve key business goals through the provision of professional administrative and business support, leading or contributing to projects, and overseeing executive communications and team engagement. Your proven ability to quickly develop effective interpersonal stakeholder relationships whilst autonomously working in an operational environment with changing priorities is essential for the success of our MLLT.

    • Demonstrable Executive/Personal Assistant experience within highly regulated industries
    • Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder‑engagement skills, including the ability to build strong, trusting relationships remotely as well as in person.
    • Proven organisational, scheduling and time‑management expertise, with the ability to pivot, problem‑solve and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
    • Trusted, confidential and autonomous demeanour, with sustained high personal drive
    • High‑level document creation, attention to detail and critical thinking, with experience working within regulated and quality‑focused environments
