About the role
Reporting to the Director Delivery Excellence, the Head of Enterprise Delivery & Flow will lead an integrated approach across Agile Release Trains (ART), Waterfall projects, programs and portfolios. A key priority across the next 12 months will be developing and mobilising a sequenced roadmap that removes delivery constraints, improves flow and creates greater consistency across Lifeblood business units.
Operating across the entire enterprise, you will navigate enterprise trade-offs, connect teams and introduce meaningful measures to track improvement. Leading four direct reports and a community of Scrum Masters, you will bring the credibility, empathy and momentum needed to guide people through change and deliver shared outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embed a cohesive enterprise delivery strategy that accelerates current delivery and creates a future-ready model
- Develop and mobilise a sequenced roadmap to progressively improve enterprise delivery
- Lead an integrated delivery approach across ARTs, projects, programs and portfolios
- Improve end-to-end flow, visibility and coordination across business units and delivery teams
- Identify and remove systemic constraints, risks and dependencies affecting delivery outcomes
- Establish consistent delivery principles, standards, governance and ways of working
- Align ART planning cycles with long-term portfolio roadmaps and strategic priorities
- Navigate competing priorities, capacity constraints and enterprise-level trade-offs
- Introduce meaningful measures to track, report and demonstrate delivery improvements
- Build strong partnerships across business, technology and operations to enable seamless delivery
- Lead four direct reports and a community of Scrum Masters with clarity, credibility and empathy

- Proven extensive experience leading enterprise delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments
- Strong knowledge of portfolio delivery and enterprise-wide planning, experience developing and implementing practical, sequenced roadmaps for improvement
- Experience leading and integrating ARTs with program and project delivery structures
- Strong executive and senior leadership engagement, communication and influencing capability
- An enterprise mindset, with the judgement to navigate competing priorities and delivery trade-offs
- A collaborative and empathetic leadership style that creates confidence and valuable outcomes across the team
- A measurement-focused approach, with experience tracking and reporting improvements and outcomes
- Experience operating in complex and regulated environments
- SAFe SPC certification, with PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent
