About the role
The ICT Asset Management Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the lifecycle of Lifeblood ICT hardware and software assets from procurement to maintenance and disposal. In addition, the ICT Asset Management Coordinator will design, develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

 

Sound interesting? Here’s what we are looking for;

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in lifecycle management of ICT assets (hardware and software)
  • Strong knowledge of ICT Software and Hardware
  • A very good understanding of ICT asset management principles, systems and processes
  • Profound knowledge of licensing agreements involving software, including Microsoft, Adobe, IBM and Oracle
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Competent in financial modelling and spend analysis, with ability to create, analyse and interpret data sets and reports
  • Understanding of software licensing models and their application highly regarded
  • Experience in use of ServiceNow (Service Requests and Software Asset Management), and the Oracle Financial System desirable (Applications Cloud – Business Hub)
  • ITIL Foundations and ITIL Release, Control and Validation Certificates highly regarded
