About the role

We’re looking for a Learning Design Specialist who’s passionate about creating innovative, engaging learning experiences grounded in evidence-based practice. You’ll turn complex concepts into clear, compelling learning journeys for diverse audiences, while partnering with subject matter experts and stakeholders to co-create impactful solutions. You’ll explore emerging tools and methodologies, using data and theory to guide what works—and what doesn’t.

 

Sound interesting? Here’s what we are looking for; 

  • Demonstrated experience in evidence-based learning design practices
  • Experience designing for varied audiences and learning contexts, with a focus on impact and inclusivity.
  • Confidence with digital tools and platforms (such as Articulate 360, Vyond and Premiere Pro) bonus points if you’ve experiments with AI, XR or other emerging technologies
  • Stakeholder management experience, including the ability to identify and engage with both internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Project management experience, with the ability to plan and manage time and ensure that key outcomes are delivered as agreed

 

This newly created position is a fixed-term opportunity until June 2026 rotating between WFH and one of our processing centres. We are open to candidates from various locations within Australia.
