About the role

As our Learning Facilitation Specialist, you’ll work across all aspects of learning and development at Lifeblood, with a primary focus on facilitating engaging learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees at Lifeblood. You’ll be confident delivering to a broad range of audience groups, including leaders. Whether online or in-person, you’ll create inclusive, engaging environments where learners feel supported and challenged.
When not facilitating, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs, create effective learning materials, and provide advice regarding learning pathways as part of a multi-faceted, integrated learning strategy.
Sound interesting? Here’s what we are looking for;
- Proven experience designing and facilitating a range of learning programs (including leadership development)
- Confidence with virtual training tools and technologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to identify and engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile ways of working would be advantageous
This is a newly created fixed-term opportunity until June 2026 rotating between WFH and our Melbourne Processing Centre. We are open to full or part-time (8-10 days a fortnight). Lifeblood is proud to accommodate flexible working and we are open to conversations around what this means to you.
