About the role 

Are you passionate about developing leaders and driving meaningful learning experiences that create lasting impact?

 

We're looking for a Learning Programs & Engagement Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping capability across Lifeblood. In this highly visible role, you'll lead the implementation and evolution of enterprise learning programs, including our People Leader Essentials program, helping leaders build the skills, confidence and behaviours needed to succeed.

 

You’ll also play a key role in driving change and communications to support broader learning transformation initiatives, including partnering with other teams across Lifeblood to drive change and embed a culture of continuous learning.

 

Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll drive engagement and help bring programs to life through exceptional facilitation.

  • Proven experience in Leadership Development, Organisational Development or Learning & Development
  • Excellent facilitation skills across a variety of learning approaches including face-to-face, virtual and community-based learning environments
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders and build leadership capability
  • A track record of supporting organisational change and driving adoption of new ways of learning
  • Comprehensive experience in the development and delivery of effective communication plans
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience contributing to large-scale initiatives or transformation programs
