About the role
Are you a highly organised learning systems professional with a passion for customer service, continuous improvement and creating exceptional user experiences?
We're looking for a Learning Systems Coordinator to support the effective operation of learning systems and learning delivery across Lifeblood. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring learning programs are scheduled, coordinated, supported and reported on effectively.
You'll be the first point of contact for learning-related queries, providing responsive support to employees and stakeholders while helping to create a seamless and positive learning experience. Working closely with the Learning Systems & Reporting Lead and technical specialists, you'll also identify opportunities to improve system functionality, streamline processes and enhance the overall learning experience.

Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) in a large organisation

SuccessFactors certification, or a willingness to obtain certification

Excellent coordination, organisational and administrative skills

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills

The ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

A continuous improvement mindset and enthusiasm for finding better ways of working
