About the role

Are you a skilled project manager ready to spearhead cutting-edge marketing technology initiatives? Looking to use your skills to make a difference and have real impact? Join us as the Project Manager for Marketing Technology Solutions, where you will play a critical role in delivering two strategic platforms, a Customer Data Platform and a Loyalty Platform, designed to transform how we engage and grow our donor community.

In this role you will;

Own End-to-End Delivery: Manage day-to-day project activities to ensure successful, on-time delivery of the Customer Data Platform and Loyalty Platform.

Align with Strategy: Execute projects in line with our Martech Strategy, Loyalty Strategy, and overall Donor Experience growth plans.

Ensure Governance & Compliance: Operate within our Project Management Framework and organisational governance, risk, and change management protocols.

Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with key stakeholders to navigate challenges and drive alignment across teams.

Deliver Impact: Help achieve strategic business objectives by enabling transformational marketing technology solutions.

Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex marketing technology initiatives or related technology integration projects to enable customer strategy outcomes.
  • Proven ability to deliver marketing technology platforms or related technology integration projects (e.g. Customer Data & Loyalty platforms) within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Excellent project management experience with a strong understanding of project governance and reporting practices within a formal PM framework (Agile, Waterfall and hybrid)
  • Strong ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders and technology solution architects to drive ideal outcome.
  • In-depth organisational and stakeholder management skills to influence and align multiple teams towards shared delivery goals
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and critical thinking skills to navigate ambiguity and adapt in fast-paced environments.

This is your chance to lead technology projects that directly enhance our ability to engage donors and contribute to our organisational growth goals.  This is a 12 month fixed term full-time opportunity (with a potential to extend, depending on project) with a genuine hybrid working environment. Lifeblood is proud to accommodate flexible working, and we are open to conversations around what this means to you.
