About the role  

We’re seeking a strategic national leader to drive the performance and future direction of our Building Services function across a complex, highly regulated network.

 

Reporting at a national level, you will lead geographically dispersed Building Services Managers across four Processing Centres and five Customer Service Distribution Centres. You’ll set the infrastructure strategy, uplift capability, standardise national practices and ensure critical facilities operate safely, efficiently and in full compliance with cGMP and relevant Australian Standards.

 

This role is pivotal to safeguarding operational continuity and enabling sustainable organisational growth. You’ll oversee capital programs and infrastructure upgrades and partner closely with Manufacturing & Logistics and Facilities teams to support the safe and timely delivery of blood and blood products.

 

We’re looking for:

  • Proven leadership of large, multi-site technical teams
  • Extensive experience in complex, regulated facilities environments (cGMP preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen and capital project delivery experience
  • Engineering or Critical Facilities qualifications
  • Senior stakeholder engagement capability
