About the role
Reporting to the Head of Growth and Network Mobiles this role will deliver the program of transformational and strategic capital projects for network growth across the mobiles network and business readiness for static sites (i.e. donor collection sites).
In partnership with the infrastructure team, this key role will oversee many projects, ensuring delivery on time and in budget and governance processes supporting the delivery of Lifeblood’s network growth plan.
Projects will include coordinating all business readiness activities to ensure the successful delivery and operation of new, relocated and major refurbishments of fixed donor centres as well as strategic projects to the mobiles network (new builds, refurbishments and new unit implementations). This will involve working with key stakeholders across the business from operational infrastructure, marketing, donor engagement, operations, quality and WHS.

- Experience leading programs of work within a large and complex environment
- Proven experience in a leadership role including team management
- Track record in building effective relationships with a diverse range of both internal and external stakeholders to meet key deadlines without compromising attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in risk identification, issues, dependency, decision and scope management
- Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with leaders, including Directors and where required from time to time prepare papers to support updates to Executive
- Experience managing and leading through change while fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated understanding of Customer Experience in complex retail/healthcare environments and supporting enablement functions
This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a hybrid working environment based out of one of our processing centres. We are open to part-time for the right candidate.
