About the role   
The EPM Specialist is responsible for providing system support for Business Hub, our Oracle Fusion cloud-based system.  The primary responsibility will be to support Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).  

 

The key tasks for the position are to troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests raised, day-to-day management of the Oracle applications such as; monitoring of scheduled processes, updating configurations, participation on development and change activities, and supporting end of month system processes.

  • Strong Oracle EPM Cloud skills and knowledge with demonstrated ability to guide the rapid resolution of level 1, 2 and some level 3 service requests and incidents 
  • Experience in maintaining and updating system configurations 
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills 
  • Experience with developing and maintaining Oracle ESSBASE cubes 
  • Experience working on EPM Automate with Batch or powershell experience 
  • Certification from vendors or other recognised training providers 
  • Experience working in a finance environment with monthly deadlines and support of end-of-month and end-of-year activities including reconciliations and reporting 
  • Experience with Oracle ERP and SCM 
  • Demonstrated ability to guide the rapid resolution of technical incidents to conclusion  
  • Ability to uplift, manage and identify critical improvements to the user service experience 
  • Demonstrated incident analysis and problem determination skills

 

This is a permanent full-time position reporting to the EPM Lead. It is a hybrid role with the option to work both from home, and from one of our Processing Centres. We are open to candidates from various locations around Australia but you must hold current working rights as we are unable to provide sponsorship for this position. National travel will be required, likely on a quarterly basis.
