This role will perform accurate & timely calculation of salaries, wages and entitlements as well as the maintenance of records and distribution of payroll reporting. The person in this role will be comfortable with all end to end areas of Chris21 and will need to run fortnightly pay runs. You’ll provide expert knowledge show drive and passion to progress yourself and the role. Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for;

 

  • Excellent customer service skills, able to build strong working relationships
  • End to end Payroll experience in a medium to large organisation with multiple enterprise agreements
  • Strong Chris21 experience with confidence across all areas of the system
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated and pro-active team player that is driven by challenge and thrives on accountability
  • Proficiency with a time & attendance system preferably Time Target
  • A strong up-to-date working knowledge on the calculations & treatment of terminations, redundancies or special events

 

This is a permanent, full time opportunity and you will report directly into the Payroll & Operations Manager. This role is based in our Melbourne office with the ability to work from home for portions of the week.
