We’re looking for someone that is able to provide specialist support and advice, act as a partner to the business and assist with the P&C operations within the People Central system (SAP Successfactors) across Lifeblood.

This role is fixed term full time and is based at our Melbourne Processing Centre in West Melbourne. You will report directly in to the People Support Manager, and work in a team of approximately 6 other People Central experts.

 

Accountabilities 
•    Create new starters, maintain employment records and update information to complete Lifeblood records & transactions
•    Manage workflows and end to end process including letter/contract generation
•    Provide first level support including coaching and training at employee and people leader level at both triage and closure aiming for first time resolution
•    Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders
•    Manage the service desk systems including ticketing via Service Now, and inbox 

 

Skills and capabilities 
•    Strong and detailed knowledge of the complete HR life-cycle processes & procedures as well as policies and governance
•    Experience in support HR and Payroll services in the current and future operating models
•    Ability to deal with complexity & solve problems effectively as they arise
•    Strong computer literacy across SharePoint & Microsoft suite with the ability to generate and analyse reports 
•    Exceptional customer service skills with high attention to detail, with a focus on time management & continuous upskilling
•    Previous experience across SAP SuccessFactors would be desirable
