Discover life-giving possibilities

Lifeblood is more than just a job or a career, it’s an opportunity to be part of something that matters. As an organisation, our purpose is simple: to give life. Together, we want to help you build a fulfilling career with Lifeblood.

About the role

We’re looking for a People Data Governance and Insights Lead who’s ready to shape how we use data to tell our story, make smarter decisions, and create meaningful change across our organisation.

In this role, you’ll set the direction for how we manage and use our people data, developing frameworks that keep it clean, consistent, and powerful. You’ll turn complex data into clear insights and create simple, accessible tools that put information in the hands of the people who need it most.

A big part of your work will be leading the shift toward self-service reporting, designing intuitive dashboards and reports that empower teams to explore and understand their own data.

You’ll work across multiple platforms including SAP SuccessFactors (People Central), Chris21, and MyTime, making sure our people data stays accurate and aligned. You’ll also guide the evolution of our long term reporting roadmap, ensuring it grows with Lifeblood’s strategic goals.

Collaboration is key. You’ll partner closely with Payroll, Systems and Support, and other teams to maintain data integrity, iron out discrepancies, and deliver solutions that make work simpler for everyone.

This role is about more than data. It’s about building trust, enabling insight, and helping Lifeblood thrive through great people information.

Sound interesting? Here’s what we are looking for;

  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors (People Central), including data structures, master data, and organisational design.
  • Skilled in managing bulk data updates and organisational changes in SAP or similar systems.
  • Proven expertise in HR data integrity, validation, and cross-system reconciliation (SAP, Chris21, Humanforce).
  • Solid grasp of data governance principles — ownership, change control, and compliance.
  • Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and SAP Analytics Cloud, with experience building reports from SuccessFactors data.
  • Experienced in designing people analytics dashboards and frameworks that support workforce planning.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR, payroll, and time and attendance data, identify trends, and resolve issues.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities in complex data environments.
  • Excellent communicator who can translate technical insights into clear, meaningful stories for all audiences.
  • Collaborative and confident working across People & Culture, IT, and Finance teams.

This is a permanent position rotating between WFH and one of our Processing Centres. We have a preference for Melbourne based candidates but would be open to other locations for the right person. Lifeblood is proud to accommodate flexible working and we are open to conversations around what this means to you.

Thrive in a diverse culture that cares for your wellbeing

We’re a diverse and inclusive bunch. We’re proud to foster an environment where all people can come together to achieve their very best. Whether it’s workplace safety or work/life balance, we look after our employees’ varying needs. As part of the Lifeblood team, you’ll have access to a generous salary packaging program, plus a great range of rewards like discounts on insurance, groceries, food & beverage, department stores, travel, and more.
