The People Support Team is the first point of contact for Lifeblood’s People & Culture functions. This role supports the People Operations Manager with the day-to-day operational leadership of the People Support team. Key to this role is developing strong stakeholder relationships and partnering with the business to ensure the People Support team is delivering high quality service and superior customer service to employees and people leaders. 

 

The People Support Team Leader will play a meaningful role as a people leader, leading and driving high employee engagement through coaching, mentoring and development. This role will focus on delivering continuous improvement activity, best practise HR processes, governance, monthly reporting and leading through change. 
 
Sound interesting? Here’s what we are looking for: 
•    Experience in effectively leading, managing, and coaching team members with a focus on team engagement, customer service, productivity and retention. 

•    Exceptional customer service skills applied in a customer centric environment. 

•    Prior knowledge of and proficiency in using SAP platforms. 

•    Confidence in leading key employee lifecycle activities with a focus on employee experience, continuous improvement and fit for purpose outcomes.

•    Ability to proactively build strong relationships with the People Leader community. Influence, coach and support people leaders to achieve their operational and people objectives.
•    Proven experience managing workflow and case allocation across the team to meet agreed service standards.
•    Experience in being the escalation point for complex investigations, high risk cases and recommended resolutions to senior leaders as required.
