About the role

The Automation Analyst is a subject matter expert in Power Platform automation development. In this role, you will use Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, AI Builder, Power BI, and AI Agents to create automation and reporting solutions that reduce manual effort, streamline processes, and lift efficiency for Finance and Corporate staff and customers.

 

You will ensure all solutions are scalable, compliant, and fully embedded into business operations, with a strong emphasis on user experience, intuitive design, and best practice development methods.

 

Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for: 

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Systems, Data/Analytics, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong skills in automation design and delivery using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
  • Experience working with ERP/Finance systems such as Oracle Fusion.
  • Understanding of process improvement and process mapping methodologies.
  • Knowledge of automation governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical business outcomes.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) and UI design principles to create intuitive, user-friendly automation solutions.
  • Experience developing solutions that integrate with or leverage Power BI for reporting and insights.
  • Experience using AI Agents to enhance process automation and decision-making.

 

This is a 12 month fixed-term full-time opportunity with a hybrid work model rotating between WFH and one of our processing centres.
