Discover life-giving possibilities

Lifeblood is more than just a job or a career, it’s an opportunity to be part of something that matters. As an organisation, our purpose is simple: to give life. Together, we want to help you build a fulfilling career with Lifeblood.

About the role

As Product Owner – SuccessFactors (our HRIS system), you will play a key role in shaping how our people experience work every day.

Working as part of the Employee Experience Agile Release Train, you’ll lead the direction and evolution of our core people platform, ensuring it delivers real value for our employees, leaders and People & Culture teams. From large-scale improvements to smaller enhancements and upgrades, you’ll prioritise and guide work that makes every day processes simpler, smarter and more intuitive for our workforce.

You’ll own and evolve the product roadmap, balancing business priorities, user needs and technology opportunities to ensure the platform continues to improve the way our people work. Partnering closely with stakeholders across ICT, People & Culture and the broader business - as well as our external vendors - you’ll champion a value-driven approach to delivery that focuses on practical outcomes and measurable improvements.

Leading a team (2) of technical and functional specialists, you’ll bring people together around a shared vision, creating clarity, momentum and strong collaboration. Your work will directly contribute to improving employee experience and making it easier for our people to get what they need, when they need it.

Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience in product ownership of HRIS systems; preferably with SAP Successfactors (working with modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, LMS)
  • Demonstrable exposure to and experience applying human centred design approaches to product delivery using an Agile delivery model
  • Understanding of SAFe Agile methodology
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and work collaboratively and with agility across multiple stakeholder groups and vendors
  • Exposure to the HR/People & Culture landscape, with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements (e.g., FairWork) to system design and configuration is preferable yet not essential

Wellbeing & Benefits

We place our employee's well-being at the forefront and express gratitude and care for one another. As an Australian Workplace Equality Index recognised employer and one of Australia’s menopause-friendly organisations, we celebrate diversity and support all our people.

In addition to being a part of an organisation that is the heartbeat of the Nation, you will have access to the following:

  • Ability to purchase additional annual leave
  • Access to salary packaging with an option to package up to $15,900 for living expenses and $2,650 for meals and entertainment
  • 14 weeks paid parental leave - no waiting period for either parent
  • Our dedicated employee assistance program - Sonder that you can access 24/7 from an app on your phone
