About the role
This position will be responsible for delivery of the Leukapheresis and key Cell Therapies projects and change management activities to ensure successful delivery of the agreed business case. This includes finalisation and running of a pilot for collecting mononuclear cells with allogeneic donors and building a business case for next steps.
The position will ensure the project is delivered in accordance with the Lifeblood Project Management Framework and in accordance with the agreed work plan and timeframes to achieve the Lifeblood business and strategic objectives.
This role will provide project management expertise, liaise with key stakeholders, and be able to identify and respond to the needs of the different groups to deliver these programs. You will get to work with nursing, clinical and research teams as well as meet some amazing donors.

- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in project/change management.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a Science/Nursing or related discipline.
- Proven ability to develop effective interpersonal relationships and consult with a range of external and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving results through prioritisation, organisation, decision making and time management.
- Computer literacy and demonstrated competence in a variety of computer software packages (MS project, excel, word, power point etc.)
- Effective communication and presentation skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Experience of working within a highly regulated environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety.
