About the role

 

This role is accountable to work within our Medical Services team and partner with ICT to project manage the planning and implementation of a digital result management system and process for the Medical Services function within the Pathology and Clinical Governance business unit.

 

Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for: 

 

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in project management.
  • Proven experience in leading the delivery and embedding of complex ICT systems projects into an operational environment.
  • Proven ability to develop effective interpersonal relationships and consult with a range of external and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving results through prioritisation, organisation, decision making and time management to deliver within set timeframes.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience of working within a highly regulated environment with a demonstrated commitment to safety.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and good manufacturing practice, including the validation and implementation of operational ICT systems.
  • Experience working with project management systems (such as Planview) and collaboration tools (such as Miro).
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with the avbility to manage competing priorities and multitask
  • Able to demonstrate your positive attitude to internal and external stakeholders with a positive attitude to customer service

 

This is a fixed-term full-time opportunity based at our Melbourne Processing Centre. This is a hybrid work model rotating between the office and WFH. Lifeblood is proud to accommodate flexible working and we are open to conversations around what this means to you.
