About the role
The Property Services Project Manager will support the Construction Business Partner in delivering capital works programs across all areas of Lifeblood.
Using project methodology and accustomed to working in a complex, multi stakeholder teams, this role will undertake end to end project management activities and will utilise both their specialist knowledge and expertise to inform decision-making, to recommend and develop business solutions or to identify opportunities for improvement.
An important function of this role will be to have oversight of all project activity from budget-cost reconciliation, PCG, scoping and scheduling, the identification and management of risk and coordination to ensure TGA Audit Requirements are met. Of particular importance is the preparation of communication, change management and governance documents and the presentation of project progress to relevant stakeholder groups and committees.

• Experience managing complex projects in multi-disciplined teams, and within operationally live resource constrained environments.
• Proven experience in project and change management or experience as a subject matter expert consulting to business projects, including experience developing, implementing, and managing change plans.
• Proven knowledge and experience in Capital Expenditure reporting with a demonstrated knowledge of delegation policy and impacts to governance.
• A high level of interpersonal, negotiation and consultation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with a range of internal and external clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of building compliance and council regulation.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in the production of documents, reports, papers, minutes, and memos.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
• Detailed understanding of Lifeblood operational needs like TGA compliance and the code of Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
