About the role  

 

The Quality function at Lifeblood exists to ensure the quality, safety and effectiveness of all our products and interactions with our valued donors. This includes supporting the organisation in the understanding of where their focus should be to ensure product safety and that all quality activities are completed in a timely manner and to standard.

 

The data within the Quality System provides the insight to drive a continuous improvement and quality culture by identifying areas for focus. Utilising data science principles and exceptional stakeholder management, the QMS Reporting Associate is responsible for extracting and reporting quality data, to provide stakeholders with periodic reports around key quality activities.

 

Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for: 

 

  • Experience working in a QMS/GMP role within a regulated environment 
  • Relevant tertiary qualification, in a scientific, technical or related field 
  • Experience in reporting and/or Key Performance Indicators/Matrices 
  • Experience in Product Quality Reviews  
  • The ability to identify trends in data, explore anomalies and create actionable recommendations and insights 
  • Proven analytical skills including the ability to reason conceptually and manage complex problems.
  • Customer service focus and ability to engage key business partners to achieve common goals 
  • Ability to understand and balance customer needs and compliance outcomes 
  • Experience in designing reports 
  • Proven experience in statistical analysis and its application in the business environment
