About the role  

The Quality function at Lifeblood exists to ensure the quality, safety and effectiveness of all our products and interactions with our valued donors. This includes supporting the organisation in the understanding of where their focus should be to ensure product safety and that all quality activities are completed in a timely manner and to standard.

It is essential that we have an effective, efficient and compliant quality management system (QMS), which includes a robust quality risk management (QRM) framework.

This role will ensure our quality systems and QRM practices comply with established regulatory and internal standards, including by providing:

1. Technical advice, training and coaching for documentation writing and control.
2. Extracting, analysing and reporting on quality data.

Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for: 

• Experience working in a QMS/GMP role within a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems
• Demonstrated experience in technical writing applying plain language techniques
• Computer literacy (advanced level) and demonstrated competence in a variety of computer software packages
• Experience in reporting and/or Key Performance Indicators/Measures
• The ability to identify trends in data, explore anomalies and create actionable recommendations and insights
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer service focus and ability to engage key business partners to achieve common goals
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skill
