About the role
The purpose of the Quality Technical Lead role is to assist Lifeblood in addressing and resolving technical quality issues. Emphasis will be placed on complex areas, including validation processes. Partnering with the business, this role will contribute to enhancing capability across the business in Lifeblood’s quality management system (QMS) and provide expertise in quality management to support decision-making at all business levels.
This role is part of the Lead Auditor group who will deliver the internal quality audit program with a focus on driving improvement in the performance of Lifeblood’s processes.

- Minimum of 3 years practical experience with quality systems, including internal audits, in a regulated environment
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Qualified/certified auditor
- Significant breadth of knowledge and understanding of the Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practices
- Proven ability to apply regulatory and related principles in the workplace
- Demonstrated ability to develop interpersonal relationships with a range of external and internal customers
- Proven experience with best-practice validation and qualification processes
- Demonstrated ability to work within a high paced and high-volume environment
- Experience in coaching and mentoring individuals to enhance their skills and performance
