About the role
As part of the Agile Delivery team, the Scrum Master partners with the Agile Delivery Manager and Release Train Engineer (RTE) to define and embed agile ways of working across the organisation.
As a Scrum Master, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling your team to thrive. You’ll facilitate key agile events and support team processes that drive the delivery of real value. With a focus on fostering collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement, you’ll guide your team toward self-organisation and help them stay on track to meet their goals.
A key part of your role will be to cultivate a high-performing, empowered team, boosting productivity and delivery outcomes while ensuring strong alignment with our organisational values, culture, and strategic objectives.
Sound interesting? Here’s what we are looking for;
- Proven, in-depth experience working as a Scrum Master (Certified)
- Solid understanding and experience of SAFe, Scrum & Kanban
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, motivating and building high performing teams
- Experience in Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as iteration planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and build trusted relationships
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to address and eliminate roadblocks faced by the Team whilst managing team risks and issues
- Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies, preferably within highly regulated environments, such as medical or pharmaceutical industry (desirable)
This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility for candidates based anywhere in Australia. We offer a hybrid model of working, rotating between home one of our Processing Centres.
