About the role

As part of the Agile Delivery team, the Scrum Master partners with the Agile Delivery Manager and Release Train Engineer (RTE) to embed effective agile ways of working across the organisation.

 

You will facilitate team events and support delivery processes that enable teams to deliver value. A core focus of the role is fostering strong collaboration, communication, and coordination helping teams self-organise, self-manage, and stay aligned to their delivery goals.

 

You will actively support continuous improvement, remove impediments, and strengthen team dynamics, creating the conditions for teams to perform at their best.

 

A key part of the role is building and sustaining high-performing, empowered teams that increase productivity and delivery outcomes, while remaining aligned to organisational values, culture, and strategic goals.

 

Sound interesting? Here’s what we are looking for:

  • Proven, in-depth experience working as a Scrum Master (Certified)
  • Solid understanding and experience of SAFe, Scrum & Kanban
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, motivating and building high performing teams  
  • Experience in Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as iteration planning, daily standups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and build trusted relationships
  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to address and eliminate roadblocks faced by the Team whilst managing team risks and issues
  • Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies, preferably within highly regulated environments, such as medical or pharmaceutical industry (desirable)
