We’re looking for a Senior Lead Workplace & Organisation Partnerships to lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team of workplace engagement specialists. This role plays a pivotal part in driving regional growth, strengthening donor ecosystems and ensuring workplaces translate intent into real, life‑saving action. 

This is a senior, people‑led role for an experienced leader who enjoys developing capability, driving performance and creating the conditions for teams to succeed. You’ll lead a large, diverse team (10–20) across acquisition, workplace penetration, activation and administration; ensuring strong execution, consistent standards and meaningful outcomes. 

You’ll balance coaching and performance leadership with strategic thinking, using data and insight to guide priorities, uplift capability and remove barriers. You’ll also play a key role in supporting new donor centres by building strong workplace ecosystems in surrounding catchments and driving appointment attendance and fulfilment. 

 

Key responsibilities   

  • Lead and develop a high‑performing regional team across acquisition, engagement and retention 

  • Coach and mentor team members to build confidence, capability and accountability 

  • Drive regional performance against KPIs including collections captured, appointments secured and attended 

  • Embed best‑practice account management, activation planning and stakeholder engagement 

  • Use data, dashboards and CRM insights to support evidence‑based coaching and decision‑making 

  • Support new donor centre readiness by building strong workplace and community pipelines 

  • Foster a positive, inclusive team culture grounded in psychological safety and continuous improvement 

  • Maintain high standards of data hygiene, compliance and reporting 

  • Collaborate with Partnerships leadership, CX&G and wider Lifeblood stakeholders to deliver cohesive outcomes 

  • Manage budgets responsibly and align resourcing to strategic priorities

  • Strong capability leading and coaching large, diverse teams 

  • Experience driving growth or participation through programs or campaigns 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide performance and development 

  • Confidence engaging senior leaders, workplace champions and community stakeholders 

  • Strong planning, prioritisation and decision‑making skills 

  • A genuine passion for public health, community impact and purpose‑led work
