About the role
Join a highly engaged and dynamic People & Culture (P&C) team that is driving cultural change across the organisation and operates with contemporary thinking. We’re looking for an experienced ER professional who is passionate about enabling business strategy through proactive, holistic advice.
Through internal career development this exciting ER role has become available. During the past 3 years the ER team have delivered an ambitious ER Strategy which we continue to build on. As part of our team, you’ll provide end-to-end guidance that goes beyond compliance—considering cultural and wellbeing impacts in every recommendation. You’ll think creatively and boldly. Reporting into the Director of ERR, you’ll partner with leaders to resolve complex matters, foster positive workplace relationships, and support initiatives that align with our strategic goals and values.
Key aspects of the role
- Deliver holistic ER advice that balances legal, cultural, and wellbeing considerations.
- Lead EA negotiations with consideration of psychosocial hazards.
- Represent Lifeblood in the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals.
- Steer P&C and the organisation through case management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, enabling them to make informed decisions that support both people and business outcomes.
- Contribute to projects that reflect contemporary ER practices and innovative thinking.
- Collaborate with the P&C team to embed cultural change and create an inclusive, high-performing environment.
