As a Senior Specialist Learning Design, you’ll be at the heart of this evolution. You’ll partner with senior leaders to understand their needs, and design and deliver complex, customised solutions that build capability and help our people truly thrive. From creating innovative resources and tools to offering expert consultancy on key projects, your work will directly shape the way we approach the future of learning across Lifeblood.

 

You’ll work collaboratively and share knowledge with colleagues in the Learning Design team, ensuring our collective efforts are bold, creative, and impactful.  

 

Sound interesting? Here’s what we are looking for; 

  • Proven experience in learning design, with a track record of creating engaging learning solutions for leadership, people leaders and team member capability development, as well as large-scale skill programs
  • Advanced skills in digital learning development tools (e.g. Articulate, Vyond)
  • Exposure to working in medium–large organisations and managing multiple stakeholders cross-functionally, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders across the business 
  • Project management know-how, balancing priorities to deliver outcomes on time and to a high standard
  • Experience partnering with (and at times managing) external learning vendors
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate learning options and make clear recommendations
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to coach, mentor and support colleagues
  • A continuous learning mindset
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted learning tools would be advantageous

 

This is a fixed-term opportunity until June 2026 rotating between WFH and one of our Processing Centres. We have a preference for full-time, but would consider 4 days per week for the right person.
