About the role
Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the provision of 1st and 2nd level ICT support for all Lifeblood staff. A day in the role will see you use your ICT knowledge to respond to, manage, and resolve incidents and requests within our IT Service Management suite and deliver a great customer experience to our internal stakeholders.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent ICT graduate who is passionate about the ICT industry and looking to kickstart their ICT career with ongoing training and support from the team and the wider business.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively deal with clients and deliver services within a timely manner
- Have a passion for technology and associated hardware/software
- Collaborative with a passion for helping others and using initiative to think outside the square to solve customer challenges
- Understanding of the service desk function and call management systems
- Knowledge of the functions and issues associated with IT hardware, software, peripherals, networking principals and infrastructure, including knowledge of applications such as MS Exchange and Microsoft products for use in a LAN/WAN environment
This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a hybrid work model rotating between WFH and our West Melbourne office. This position will work Monday – Friday, rotating between the following shift times: 0700-1500, 0830-1630, 0900-1700, 1000-1800, 1100-1900.
